Walter Hahn is an Austrian wrestler WWE and trainer who currently performs for WWE under the name Gunther. He is known for his time in independent promotions like Westside Xtreme Wrestling, where he was a three-time WWE Unified World Wrestling Champion, and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, where he was a former PWG World Champion. In addition, he has also wrestled for Progress Wrestling, where he was a former Progress Unified World Champion. Overall, Hahn has won five world championships in his career and is the first Austrian wrestler to compete in WWE. He joined the company in 2019, debuting on the NXT UK brand before moving to the primary NXT brand in 2022. He is currently the WWE Intercontinental Champion and holds the record for the longest reign as NXT United Kingdom Champion, at 870 days.
